Financial Support for Students
New financial support arrangements for 16-18 year olds including:
- Hardship grants and help with the cost of travel, course books and equipment, uniforms, educational visits
- Special arrangements for young people in care, leaving care, or independently receiving Income Support, or disabled young people in receipt of both Employment Support Allowance and Disability Living Allowance.
- EMA for students continuing from this year.
Financial Support arrangements for students aged 19+ including:
- Adult Learning Grant
- Student Support Fund for help with the cost of course books and equipment, uniforms, educational visits.
