Signature Events

Why not come along to one of our themed Signature Events which are available during the evening in Royals Brasserie, commencing at 7.00pm?

Food is prepared and served by Hospitality & Catering students to a high standard, under the watchful eye of tutors possessing the highest levels of professional cooking and restaurant skills.

24th March 2010 - Dessert indulgence: The great British pudding club comes to Royals.

21st April 2010 - Come demo and Dine with me: An evening of dishes demonstrated by our chef prepared by our students and practiced at home by you.

19th May 2010 - Gourmet Dinner, with the option for you to flambé the house dessert on your table.

9th June 2010 - Around the world in 80 minutes: A selection of dishes from around the world designed by our house chef.
