The College aims to positively encourage and promote a culture in which all individuals are treated fairly, and with respect, and which values diversity.

We acknowledge that equality is about making sure people are treated fairly and given fair chances. Equality is not about treating everyone in the same way, but it recognises that their needs will be met, by the College, in different ways.
