International Links

Mid-Cheshire College has an internationalist focus and staff have built up excellent links with a variety of countries. Staff regularly organise "expeditions" to countries as diverse as Japan, America and India, offering their students a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience other cultures.

Some of our recent visits include:

• Foundation Degree Photography students visiting New York
• Travel & Tourism students visiting Euro Disney, Barcelona and Dublin
• Sport students skiing in Andorra and Bulgaria
• Media students visiting Berlin
• Beauty students studying alternative therapies in Goa

Mid-Cheshire College has a longstanding partnership with the Kinki University Technical College which is based in Kumano in Japan. KUTC specialises in Engineering.

The College also have its own charity, the African Support & Assistance Project,  ASAP, which is committed to building a new school for a rural village in Lesotho. ASAP has raised over £25,000 to date and we hope to start construction of the new school, for the people of Befole, later this year.
