Welcome to the Human Resources Department

We provide a full range of professional HR services on employment issues to all College staff. This includes advice and guidance on recruitment, promotion, appraisals and terms and conditions as well as payroll.

You can find us at the Hartford Campus, Chester Road, Hartford - the office is staffed between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and to 4.30pm on Friday.

The Team

Hr Kevin

Kevin Gallimore: Human Resources & IT Manager

Kevin joined the College in 1993 and previously worked for British Aerospace. He has worked in the HR profession for over 25 years and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

He is responsible for the overall management of the Human Resources & IT.

 

Hr Stacy

Stacy Booth: Human Resources Officer

Stacy joined the College in 2004 and is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She is responsible for the management of recruitment and selection procedures, interviewing, issuing contracts of employment, probation period reviews, the computerised personnel information system and job evaluation procedures.

HR Jocelyn

Jocelyn Smith: Human Resources Officer

Jocelyn joined the College in 2004 and is a Licenciate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

She is responsible for the management of payroll administration, increments and pay awards. She also manages pensions administration, CRB clearance, absence management procedures and part time contracts of employment.

Elaine Bott: Human Resources Administrator

Elaine joined the College in 1997 and is part CIPD qualified.

She is responsible for the administration of recruitment and selection procedures for part time, hourly paid lecturers and casual members of staff, interviewing, issuing contracts of employment, updating and maintaining the Computerised Personnel Information System.

 

HR juliel

Julie Smith: Human Resources Administrator

Julie joined the College in 1998.

She is responsible for payroll administration, processing of travel and subsistence claims, overtime, casual staff payroll and annual leave and absence recording.  She is also responsible for reporting the monthly part time payroll costs.
