Employer Journey
Here you can see the journey you will travel on during your time as an apprentice, from initial contact to the final evaluation:

What it Means |

STEP 1: Initial Contact and appointment made |
A dedicated Business Development Officer (BDO) will respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial appointment at a convenient time. |

STEP 2: Organisational Needs Analysis (ONA) completed and discussed |
The BDO will collate accurate information to help current training and identify future training needs that are specific to the employer. |
|
STEP 3: Training Objectives + Plan (TP+O) Established |
The BDO will develop Training Objective + Plan (TO+P) will be developed from the information collated in the ONA and discussed with the employer. |
|
STEP 4: Health & Safety (H&S) completed & TO+P agreed |
Prior to training commencing, a mandatory H&S visit will be completed and TO+P agreed. |
|
STEP 5: Start of Training Plan |
A dedicated Assessor will visit the learners to complete sign-up paperwork and develop an Assessment Plan. |
|
STEP 6: Review of TO+P |
The BDO will meet with the employer to review progression against TO+P. |
|
STEP 7: TO+P Achieved |
The Assessor will present the learners with their certificate. |
|
STEP 8: Evaluation and further training discussed |
The BDO will meet with the employer to evaluate the success against TO+P and complete a new ONA. |
