What an employer can expect Mid Cheshire College to provide:

• IAG across whole organisation on accredited training solutions and added-value services from NVQs to FdAs and literacy & numeracy.
• Excellent learning opportunities for employees from experienced, sector specific assessors and access to quality learning resources.
• Regular progress reviews and attendance information on employees.
• Offer free, impartial and independent advice, including Training Needs Analysis
• Match your needs to appropriate, flexible training programmes
What Mid Cheshire can expect an employer to provide:
• Honesty and integrity.
• Support employees from initial sign-up through to completion of qualification.
• Allow employees adequate off-duty time to commit to the qualification and to perform assessments.
• Where agreed, to allow assessors access to working premises to complete employees action plans and assessments.
• A commitment to comply with all relevant Health and Safety, Employee Rights and Equal Opportunities legislations.
• Pay all invoices according to any agreed terms.
