The hospitality and catering industry offers many well-paid opportunities for rapid promotion at a young age - you could be the next Jamie Oliver or even managing your own hotel sooner than you think! The College's Royals Restaurant offers students the opportunity of working with the general public and professional chefs at our popular signature evenings held throughout the year.

For students with no formal qualifications, Catering is available as part of the Towards Work programme.
