Our Art & Design department is highly regarded and enjoys deserved reputation for excellence in the region. Art & Design students have the opportunity to work in various media in the two purpose built Arts buildings at the Hartford Campus. They boast a range of spacious art studios, ceramics, multi-material studios and IT rooms. All courses incorporate educational visits to galleries, exhibitions and events. |
Photography and Fashion |
| Photography and Fashion courses will take place in the brand new £7.5 million state-of-the-art Centre for Creative Arts and Sports which incorporates well-equipped photographic studios, dark rooms and photo imaging and scanning suites. In addition to the design and pattern cutting workshops, fashion students have the use of a dedicated IT suite featuring industry-standard Gerber digital design and plotting equipment. Fashion careers include: Fashion Designer, Pattern Cutter or Grader, Garment Technologist, Merchandiser, Fashion Editor, Fashion Journalist, Costume Designer, Fashion Buyer and many more. Photography careers include: Fashion, Medical. Advertising, Press, Sport and Wedding phototgraphy. |
