Committee Structure
The full Governing Body (Corporation) meets a minimum of three times each year . One of its most important responsibilities is to approve the College’s Strategic Plan. This includes targets [agreed with the Learning and Skills Council] for Learner Numbers, Student Success Rates, Employer Engagement and Teacher Qualifications.
The full Governing Body (Corporation) is supported by the work of seven Committees, each of which focuses on a particular aspect of the College’s operations. The Committees meet regularly throughout the year and make recommendations to the full Governing Body.
